I am a list-making fool. My to-do's are a security blanket, keeping the anxieties of life at bay.
This reality isn't altogether bad - unless I'm allowing it to define my work for God. Did I have a successful day of ministry because each box was diligently ticked off the list? Or did I miss a million opportunities to engage with God's people because my head was low and my nose was to the ground?
I will dwell instead in the land of it is finished.
