
Growing hotel management company will add two locations to portfolio in 2025.
Dallas, Texas – February 12, 2025 – Practice Hospitality, an award-winning hotel management company renowned for its innovative and human-centric approach, today announced the promotion of three team members to pivotal leadership roles:
Holly Landry has been promoted to Vice President of Accounting. With over two decades of experience in financial management within the hospitality industry, Landry previously served as Corporate Director of Finance and, prior to joining Practice Hospitality, held the position of Corporate Controller at Provenance Hotels. Her expertise encompasses financial planning, analysis, and efficiency across all facets of the management company and the hotels it operates. She has overseen the creation and will continue to spearhead the evolution of the company’s finance team which delivers first-rate services across its diverse portfolio.
Jillian Loughlin has been elevated to Director of Commercial Strategy. Loughlin brings a wealth of experience in sales, marketing, and revenue management. She previously served as Corporate Director of Sales at Practice Hospitality. Before that, she was the Director of Sales and Marketing at the Hilton Dallas Park Cities and served in a variety of sales roles for W Hotels. Her strategic vision and leadership have been and will be focused on enhancing the company's commercial operations and topline performance.
Ana Connolly has been appointed Regional Director of Revenue Management. Her expertise in revenue optimization and market analysis will be pivotal in maximizing profitability across the company's diverse portfolio. She joined Practice Hospitality as Area Director of Revenue Management and prior to that was Complex Director of Revenue for Hilton Hotels. She also serves as adjunct professor of revenue management strategy teaching graduate and undergraduate courses at Boston University School of Hospitality Administration.

This year, Practice Hospitality is set to expand its portfolio with the opening of two new ground up properties:
The Compton in Bentonville, Arkansas: A 142-room independent lifestyle hotel located on the downtown square, featuring 3,750 sq. ft. of meeting space, a ground-floor destination restaurant, café, and a second-floor cocktail bar.
St. Thomas, USVI: Situated above the picturesque sands of Botany Bay, this resort will offer luxury villas, two pools, a spa, fine-dining restaurant, and beach bar.
