Objective
Ownership engaged Practice Hospitality for our independent perspective and hands-on approach to technical services. The Compton required thoughtful stewardship through a complex construction journey, and our team was brought in to help navigate every step with clarity, flexibility, and care. Together with the owners and development partners, we shaped a hotel with best in class amenities and creative programming that elevates the Ozarks and celebrates Bentonville’s culture, cycling community, and artistic momentum. Our objective was simple and ambitious: open a flagship independent hotel that feels crafted for its destination and built to thrive for years to come.
What we did
- Supported construction coordination and pre-opening planning to maintain clarity and momentum throughout development
- Collaborated with F&B operating partners to shape service flows and experience standards
- Built strong community partnerships with cycling groups, and cultural organizations to root the hotel in its neighborhood
- Selected, set up, and integrated all operating systems to ensure smooth pre-opening operations and on-property functionality
- Recruited, hired, and trained a best in class property leadership team aligned with the hotel’s values and the Bentonville community
- Executed a successful, high-visibility launch that positioned the hotel as a new gathering place for travelers and locals alike
